Chief of Police

Colonel Adrian Collins was appointed Chief of Police in April 2013. Collins was hired as a Patrol Sergeant in 2008 and worked in this capacity until 2013 when was appointed Chief of Police. Collins is the Team Leader of the Granite City SRT and Supervisor for the Range and the Range Instructors. He is also an instructor for Police Training Academy and the department recruiter.

 

 

 

Assistant Chief of Police

Major Michael Collins was appointed Assistant Chief of Police in April 2013. Collins was hired by the Granite City Police Department on 2008 as a Lieutenant. In 2012 Collins was promoted to Captain and acted as Commander of the Patrol Division. In 2013 Collins was appointed by Chief A. Collins as the Assistant Chief. Collins is the Police Training Academy Supervisor and is in charge of our Auxiliary Police Training. Collins is also the departments dispatcher.
